2 Large Ripe Bananas, mashed

1 C Oat bran
1 C Dry oats
2 ½ tsp Baking soda
3 tsp Baking powder
3 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cloves
1 tsp. Ginger

Combine
All Bran with apple juice & apple juice concentrate, mix to moisten evenly.
Add eggs, milk, oil, pumpkin, bananas, raisins & nuts, mix well.
In another bowl combine flour, oat bran, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves & ginger. Add to bran mixture & mix well. Fold in blueberries.

at 350 for 23 min (17 min for mini muffins)
