Caramel Apple Dump Cake with Spiced Whipped Cream

Ingredients
2 cans apple pie filling  16 oz can use homemade pints
¼ cup caramel  sauce    great home made in this one
1 tsp lemon juice   ½ tsp  cinnamon
1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix 
½ cup melted butter   ½ C chopped pecans (optional)
1 C heavy whipping cream   4 TBLs powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla  ¾ tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Add apple pie filling, caramel sauce, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the pan. Mix together.Sprinkle with cake mix. Cover with melted butter and pecans.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on a baking rack.
While the cake is cooling, make the spiced whipped cream. Place a large metal bowl and a whisk in the freezer until both are very cold. Add the cream and whisk until soft peaks form. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes.
Whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Serve cake with spiced whipped cream, a drizzle of extra caramel sauce and a few pecans.
Notes    if you have the make a mix book you can use a yellow  or white cake mix for this  and home made caramel and apple pie filling
